Money is a realistic poem that is written by Kawsar Ahamed
Money
Kawsar Ahamed
A piece of exchangeable paper is called money
What we all need most to survive in this universe.
And we became insane to make more money
Just because of leading a better life with loved ones.
I’ve seen many relationships breaking up just because of money.
I’ve seen helpless street children trying to get their hands to another to have a single meal.
All miseries come to us just because of money.
Hmm, money – a piece of paper but very expensive that makes our problems heal.
A piece of exchangeable paper is called money
What we all need most to survive in this universe.
I’ve seen extreme quarrels between couples just because of money.
I’ve seen a boy’s howling who didn’t buy his sick mother’s medicine.
Hmm, money – a piece of paper but very important to those who are needy.
I’ve seen a father’s howling who didn’t buy a shirt for his children on festive.
I’ve seen a woman begging to lead her life, just to survive.
I perceived, in this planet, life isn’t fair and lovely.
I got, all the happiness are placed in money
Because I’ve seen people’s miseries closely.
I’ve also seen young girls becoming slut
Nothing else just because of money.
Hmm, money – a piece of paper only
By this you get what you want easily.
Now be kind to the poor and make money
Otherwise your life will be very gloomy.
